患者20岁,已婚。阴道臭味白带半年,于1989年2月24日入院.初潮13岁,周期3～4个月,持续3～4天,量中,无痛经。结婚1年,性生活正常,未育。近半年白带色黄有臭味,无其它不适。妇科检查:外阴正常,阴道分泌物为脓性,奇臭,量不多.阴道粘膜无充血,前壁上1/3段有囊性感,宫颈偏向右上方,暴露困难.宫体前位似孕8周大小,软、无压痛,活动受限。附件未查出异常。阴道分泌物涂片见脓细胞++++,霉菌、滴虫、淋菌等均未查到.B 超提示:宫内液性暗区,下腹部包块。腹腔镜检查诊断:左附件肿物。宫腔诊刮:官腔深8cm,刮出少许正常内膜,未见有脓液自宫口流出,但窥器取出后可见
