以橡胶密封膜用单层布的骨架粘接性、胶料耐油性以及胶布经、纬向力学强度等指标为主要考察依据,对单层布的胶料主体材质、粘合体系、硫化体系以及骨架材料进行了对比选择。结果表明,胶料主体材料选用NBR/PVC=70/30,粘合体系选用白炭黑,硫化体系选用高促低硫体系并配合表面进行RFL浸胶处理的纬向加强型NN250帆布,胶布的骨架粘和性、胶料耐油性综合性最优,同时胶布经、纬向力学强度完全满足3.5 kN/3 cm以上的要求,可以作为石化密封膜胶布使用。
