胆道合剂是我院1994年研制的纯中药制剂,它具有清热化湿、疏肝利胆、行气止痛、消溶胆石之功效。经临床应用表明对慢性胆囊炎、胆石症有较好疗效,现将制备工艺和临床观察结果报告如下。 1 制备工艺 1.1 组方 荷包草150g,广金钱草300g,乌梅250g,延胡索100g,柴胡100g,制大黄60g,黄芩50g。 1.2 制备 取荷包草(Dichondra repens)、广金钱草(Desmodii styracifolium)等七味中药,加水至1000ml煎煮二次,第一次1.5h,第二次1h,合并煎液,滤过,静置,取上清液浓缩至适量,加矫味剂、防腐剂及蒸馏水至全量,搅匀,灌装即得。 2.质量标准 2.1 性状 本品为棕褐色的液体,味苦、微甜。 2.2 鉴别 ①取本品10ml,强烈振摇1min,产生持久泡沫,10min内不消失。②取本品0.5ml,加水3ml, Biliary mixture is a pure Chinese medicine preparation developed by our hospital in 1994.
