一、创设和谐开放的教学氛围,关注学生的活动参与程度创设开放的教学氛围。教师和学生都是数学教学过程的主体,教学过程应强调师生之间、学生之间的动态的、多向的信息交流。传统意义上的数学教学所强调的教师教和学生学,将渐渐让位于师生互教互学,形成一个真正的“数学学习共同体”。教师作为学习活动的组织者,要切实促进学生的发展。教师要引导学生体验做的过程,而不是告诉学生是什么或是怎么做,并在这个过程中,与学生平等地交流,给予恰到好处的点拨。教师要能用自己独特的教育理解来发现和创造行之有效的方
