2002年6月22日,山西省繁峙县义兴寨金矿区孙涧沟0号脉王全全矿井下发生特大爆炸事故,38名矿工遇难。灾难发生后,矿主隐瞒不报,更惨绝人寰的是,为掩盖事实,矿主竟然秘密组织人将矿工尸体或弃之荒野、或焚尸灭迹。时任繁峙县委、县政府的部分领导在已知事故死亡多人的事实下,却授意按“2死4伤”上报事故伤亡情况。 根据国务院领导的重要批示,2002年7月1日,成立了以国家安全生产监督管理局副局长王德学同志为组长,公安部、监察部、国土资源部、国防科工委、国家安全生产监督管理局、全国总工会、最高人民检察院及山西省政府组成的联合调查组。如今,通过大量的调查取证,调查组已完成了此次事故的调查工作,查清了事故的性质、直接原因和造成事故的管理方面的主要原因,以及有关部门、人员的责任,对隐瞒事故真相和相关经济违纪人员提出了明确的处理意见。 作为国家安全生产监督管理局的一名工作人员,我参加了对爆炸事故的调查工作,今天,当真相大白,相关责任人即将受到法律和行政法规的严厉追究,终于可以告慰38个兄弟的亡灵时,有关义兴寨工作的日日夜夜,又浮现在眼前。
