目的探索油酸致肺损伤兔模型的合适剂量。方法对油酸致肺损伤兔模型进行梯度剂量试验,从肺脏外观表型和病理组织学两方面对兔模型进行评估。结果通过梯度剂量模型实验,对造模成功率、肺损伤程度、肺脏外观表型以及肺脏病理组织学等指标评估动物模型,得出了油酸致肺损伤兔模型的最佳实验剂量为0.06m l/kg。结论通过实验找到了油酸致肺损伤模型的最佳实验剂量,为同类实验模型的建立提供剂量依据,实验达到了预期的目的。
Objective To explore the appropriate dose of oleic acid induced pulmonary injury model in rabbits. Methods Gradient dose-response test was conducted in a rabbit model of oleic acid-induced lung injury. Rabbit models were evaluated both in appearance and histopathology. Results Gradient dose model experiments were used to assess animal models of success rate of modeling, degree of lung injury, lung appearance phenotype and lung histopathology. The optimal experimental dose of oleic acid-induced rabbit model of lung injury was 0.06ml / kg. Conclusion The best experimental dose of oleic acid-induced lung injury model was found experimentally, which provided a dose basis for the establishment of similar experimental model. The experiment achieved the expected goal.
