目的了解国内择业效能感研究的现状,为下一步研究提供依据和参考。方法采用文献计量学研究方法,对中国期刊网(CNKI)上的69条“择业效能感”文章题录进行分析。结果国内择业效能感研究受外部环境的影响较大;择业效能感研究总量严重不足;对研究生、高职学生、特殊学生群体等的择业效能感研究还不够;择业效能感研究领域主要集中于现状调查;择业效能感研究的队伍不稳定,核心作者尚未形成;择业效能感跨学科研究缺乏;择业效能感研究的资助力度不够;研究机构主要是高等院校。结论国内对择业效能感的研究亟需加强。
Objective To understand the status quo of domestic job-search efficacy and provide the basis and references for the next step. Methods By using bibliometrics method, this paper analyzes the titles of 69 Articles on Career Effectiveness in China National Journal Network (CNKI). Results The study on job-choosing efficacy in China was greatly influenced by the external environment. The study on job-effectiveness was not enough. The study on job-search efficacy was not enough. The study on job-effectiveness was mainly in the The status quo investigation; career efficacy of the team is not stable, the core author has not yet formed; lack of interdisciplinary research on job performance efficacy; job-search efficacy research funding is not enough; research institutions are mainly institutions of higher learning. Conclusions Domestic researches on the efficacy of job selection urgently need to be strengthened.
