听话、说话训练是语文教学的重要任务。培养学生的听说能力既是日常生活的需要,又能促进读写能力的提高和思维的发展。因此,语文教师必须在课堂上加强听说训练。一年级小学生思维的随意性很大。为了训练学生集中注意力认真听话,我先要求他们能复述老师的提问,这是听清别人发言的前提。但能复述并不能证明完全听懂了别人的讲话,于是,我又让学生谈谈从别人的讲话中知道了什么。通过一段时间的训练,学生听说能力有了提高,教师只提一次问,大部份学生即能复述;同学发言后,多数人也能转述他讲话的内容。其后,我让学生边听边想,听后评价别人的讲话,寻找好
