目的研究帕金森病（ＰＤ）患者镜像书写（ＭＷ）的发生率及与智力改变的关系。方法对３５例ＰＤ患者间隔４年后进行随访。检查项目包括ＭＷ，智力测验。结果随访时８例死亡，１例失访。２６例中第一次检查出现ＭＷ者５例（１９．２％），第二次检查出现１３例（５０％）。第一次检查无ＭＷ的１０例中４例（４０％）出现ＭＷ，均属轻度。第二次检查时瑞文推理测验和简易精神状态量表成绩明显较第一次检查减低。在随访首次检查有ＭＷ的５例中仍见ＭＷ且程度加重。结论ＰＤ的ＭＷ发生率随病程发展而增加，同时智力水平下降，这可能是导致ＭＷ发生率增高的原因之一
Objective To study the incidence of mirror image (MW) in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and its relationship with mental changes. Methods 35 patients with PD were followed up after 4 years. Check items include MW, IQ test. Results 8 cases died and 1 case lost follow-up. Five of the 26 (19.2%) were diagnosed with MW on the first examination and 13 (50%) on the second. Among the 10 cases without MW for the first time, 4 cases (40%) appeared MW, all of which were mild. The second check Ruvin reasoning test and mental status scale scores significantly lower than the first check. MW was still seen in 5 of the patients with MW for follow-up for the first time and the degree was increased. Conclusions The prevalence of MW in PD increased with the development of the disease course and the intelligence level decreased at the same time, which may be one of the causes of the increased incidence of MW
