随着经济的发展,人们对于饮食需求的档次逐步提升,不仅追求饮食的口感,同时也开始关注饮食的美感。在饮食行业中,食品雕刻技术就是将艺术与烹饪渗透结合,为食物赋予艺术的美感,从各类学校烹饪专业开展《食品雕刻》教学以及教育机构组织食品雕刻比赛,都体现出食品雕刻已经成为一个热门技术。本文主要探讨中职学校烹饪专业食品雕刻教学的基本程序以及花卉雕刻教学的基本方法。
