研究岗南水库运行中提高汛限水位对水库带来的各种影响，对引起的洪灾损失及兴利效益提出了具体计算方法，并通过风险效益比较，定量地给出合理的汛限水位．
This paper studies various influences brought by flood control water level limitation on reservoirs during the operation of Gangnan Reservoir, and puts forward specific calculation methods for flood damage and prosperous benefit caused by the operation. According to the comparison of risk and benefit, a reasonable flood limited water level is given quantitatively.
