临床上对于牙源性瘘管的治疗是非常困难的,因而过多过早地拔牙是常见的。所以保存牙齿的问题是口腔界关注和探讨的课题。1979年以来,笔者试用碘酚液通过法对牙源性瘘管进行治疗,从而达到闭合瘘管,使牙槽骨修复而保留患牙的效果。现报告如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 一般资料:1979年以来共治疗36例,其中男14例,女22例,年龄13～58岁,前牙21颗,双尖牙9颗,磨牙6颗。 1.2 药物:碘10g、酚30ml、甘油 Clinically for the treatment of dental fistulas is very difficult, so too often premature tooth extraction is common.
