今年九月二十五日至二十九日煤炭部科技局、生产司、制造局共同主持,在开滦唐山矿召开的刮板运输机集中控制装置鉴定和新产品试制会议上。代表们一致认为;该运输机集中控制装置通过唐山矿一年多的现场实验,尤其是近三个月的工业性连续运转,证明运行正常,动作基本可靠。已为现场工人掌握使用。在安装集控装置的顺槽运输机线上改变了原来每机一人的状态,而每班平均节省3—5人。系统对断链、错牙、电机堵转等事故能得到及时保护,防止了电机的烧毁。对生产和提高效率起到了应有的作用,受到工人的欢迎。该系统比较合理、技术比较先进,技术条件能够适应现场要求。该研究课题在技术设计上可以定型,对局部电路和结构进一步完善后可转入新产品试制,尽快达到产品定型,以利于在全国煤矿推广使用。为我国煤矿的现代化作出积极的贡献。

It has played its due role in production and efficiency and is welcomed by workers. The system is more reasonable, more advanced technology, technical conditions to adapt to site requirements. The research topics in the technical design can be stereotyped, the local circuit and structure can be further improved after the trial into new products, as soon as possible to achieve product stereotypes in order to facilitate the promotion and use of coal mines in the country.
