●随着开放的深入和市场化进程的加快,资本市场的自由化与国际化已是无法阻挡的潮流。在这一过程中,台湾40年的发展已被国际社会称为“经济奇迹”,不仅产业成长,而且证券业也日臻完善。本期发表的台湾证券委主任戴立宁先生用30年的时间总结出的台湾证券业的经验和对海峡两岸证券业发展前景的预测的访谈,对于有着相同的民族气质和文化渊源的大陆的市场建设自然具有特殊的借鉴意义。
