大学生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,是大学生思想政治教育的重要载体,是高校人才培养和素质教育的重要环节。当前大学生党建工作面临新的挑战和困难,也存在一些问题:学生入党动机功利化、学生党员的先锋模范作用发挥不明显、学生党员的再教育不够扎实有效、发展党员工作不连续等,对这些问题进行分析并提出相应对策,以提高大学生党建工作的水平。
Party building of college students is an important part of the work of Party building in colleges and universities, and an important carrier of ideological and political education for college students. It is an important part of college personnel training and quality education. At present, there are some new challenges and difficulties for the party building of undergraduates. There are also some problems: the utilitarian motivation for joining the party, the vanguard exemplary role played by student party members, the lack of solidarity and effectiveness of the reeducation of student party members and the non-continuity of Party members’ Problem analysis and put forward corresponding countermeasures to enhance the level of party building work of college students.
