本文介绍了科研课题“建筑节能设计方法与模拟分析软件开发”的子课题之一“建筑节能设计方法与模拟分析软件的实际检验”的研究成果。课题的主要目的是在工程设计的各阶段进行建筑节能模拟辅助优化设计,解决工程的实际问题。课题涉及了11项工程,主要进行了复杂建筑或中庭等高大空间的冷、热负荷模拟计算,玻璃幕墙等围护结构热工性能优化判断,辅助建筑专业进行遮阳、体型优化和自然通风设计,进行冷热源和空调供暖系统方案的经济与能耗比较,通过能耗模拟计算确定空调风系统的控制调节方式,模拟全年运行工况为确定冷热源运行时间提供依据等。文章最后对课题进行过程中存在的问题进行了总结。
This paper introduces the research project “Research on Building Energy Efficiency Design Method and Simulation Analysis Software” which is one of the sub-topics of “Research on Energy-saving Design Method and Simulation Analysis of Building Energy”. The main purpose of the project is to assist in the optimization design of building energy-saving simulation in various stages of engineering design to solve the practical problems of the project. The project involves 11 projects, mainly for the simulation of cold and heat load in tall buildings such as complex buildings or atrium, optimization of thermal performance of envelope structures such as glass curtain walls, auxiliary building professionals for shading, body shape optimization and natural ventilation design, The comparison of economy and energy consumption between heating and cooling system and air-conditioning heating system shows that the control mode of air-conditioning system can be determined through the simulation of energy consumption, and the simulation of annual operating conditions provides the basis for determining the operating time of hot and cold sources. Finally, the article summarizes the problems existing in the process of the subject.
