当前农村问题,特别是农民问题成为社会关注的焦点。而当我们强调重视农民问题的时候,更要关注农村基层干部问题。因为,党在农村方针政策的贯彻执行要靠他们,引导农民发展生产要靠他们,带领农民实现农村现代化要靠他们。可以说,他们的境况如何,直接关系到农村的两个文明建设。这里,我们摘编了社会学家曹锦清先生在他所著《黄河边的中国》一书中的一段调查手记,剖析了乡村两级干部所处困境的原因。希望引起各界有识之士的关注。
The current rural issues, especially the peasants, have become the focus of the community. When we emphasize the issue of peasants, we must pay more attention to the issue of grassroots cadres in rural areas.
