以往流行性腮腺炎的治疗主要是应用中药清热、解毒、消肿及对症治疗.近年来我院采用病毒唑治疗.取得了满意效果,现报告如下:1 对象和方法1.1 研究对象 将确诊为流行性腮腺炎的患者随机分为两组.治疗组36例.其中男17例.年龄4～14岁;对照组26例,其中男15例.年龄4～14岁.治疗组体温>39℃者14例,双侧腮腺肿胀者19例,腮腺及颌下腺均肿胀者11例.对照组体温>39℃者9例.双侧腮腺肿胀者15例,腮腺及颌下腺均肿胀者7例.
