在常温20℃~40℃条件下,采用过硫酸铵(APS)—抗坏血酸(Vc)氧化还原体系,以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体,在链转移剂的作用下,合成了一种聚羧酸高性能减水剂(Kami 313C)。研究结果表明,常温合成的聚羧酸高性能减水剂(Kami 313C)减水率高达34.1%。与60℃条件下合成的聚羧酸高性能减水剂(Kami 313)性能相比,本合成工艺无需加热,无需去离子水,采用普通自来水,节约能源,降低生产成本,性价比更高。
Under the condition of room temperature 20 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, ammonium persulfate (APS) -corbic acid (Vc) redox system was used, and the monomers of isoprenol polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG) and acrylic acid Agent, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer (Kami 313C) was synthesized. The results show that the water-reducing rate of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (Kami 313C) synthesized at room temperature is as high as 34.1%. Compared with the performance of Kami 313 synthesized at 60 ℃, this synthetic process does not need heating, does not need deionized water, uses ordinary tap water, saves energy, reduces production cost, and is more cost-effective.
