频率量转换成数字量的专用集成电路

1 前言传感器的信号输出有模拟量,也有频率量,计算机只能接收数字量,因此中间必须有接口电路。对于模拟量,目前有大量的不同精度的A/D和V/F通用接口芯片,对于频率量,还很少有专用F/D芯片,靠使用计数器(如Z80-CTC,8253,8254以及74LS161,74LS163,74LS393等)和自己设计的控制电路实现。我单位是智能仪器研究所,主要研制各种传感器和微机应用,由于在我们研究的各种传感器中,大量采用频率信号输出,如谐振筒式压力传感器(已获专利) 1 Introduction Sensor signal output analog, there are frequency, the computer can only receive digital, so there must be in the middle of the interface circuit.
