Experiments show that when using heavy ion collisions to synthesize superheavy nuclei, the quasi-fission change is very important for the inhibition of the fusions.In the collision, the potential energy surface formed by the nucleon transfer between the dinuclear systems is called driving potential and it controls the nuclear transfer, Quasi-fission competition. The binuclear system potential energy surface also provides information on the best excitation energy and the best combination of targets for heavy ion collisions of synthetic overweight nuclei.
