病历摘要患者男性,32岁,山东籍,少尉排长。1961年1月25日入院。主诉:慢性咳嗽,进行性呼吸困难,胸痛,心悸已十一个月。患者于1958年至1959年间曾参加坑道作业10月左右。自1960年初起,每逢劳动后有心悸、气喘、早晚伴有阵发性刺激咳嗽,咳多量泡沫状粘性痰液。痰中不带血,无发冷发烧。上述症状日益进展,至1960年10月即使一般活动,也感到呼吸困难,咳嗽剧烈,胸痛,全身乏力。1961年初已不能坚持工作,遂入本院医治。入院后经X线胸部拍片检查:示两肺有广泛细结节状阴影,两侧有局限性 Patient summary Male patient, 32 years old, Shandong nationality, lieutenant platoon leader.
