The HJY-4 concrete mixer truck jointly developed by the Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways Engineering Headquarters and the Kunming Machinery Plant of the Ministry of Railways Engineering Headquarters is a new type of concrete conveying machine (see Figure 1). It is applicable to the underground construction of railway tunnels, hydraulic tunnels and flood storages, and the transportation of concrete construction. The dry mix or wet mix is conveyed between the concrete batching station, the centralized mixing station and the lining construction site. The car was successfully tested in December 1984.
