中州-Ⅱ型混凝土早强防冻剂,是将化工厂副产品硫酸钠通过烘干、处理后作为主要原料,掺入微量的三乙醇胺作水泥活性激发剂,并选用糖类减水剂等,按照要求的生产工艺复合而成。通过河南省九家水泥厂的4个水泥品种、1200余组水泥胶砂和混凝土试块的试验,以及在工地试用表明: 在标准养护条件下,可使普通水泥混凝土3天强度提高29%,28天强度提高15%左右,达到28天强度70%的天数,由原来的7~9天缩短到4天左右;可使矿渣水泥混凝土3天强度提高50%,28天强度提高21%~48%,达到28天强度70%的天数由原来的9~11天缩短到3~5天。
