从去年开展创业培训以来,安庆市劳动就业训练中心在省厅的正确引导下,在局领导的大力支持和直接领导下,在局属有关部门的密切配合下,在中心全体教职工的共同努力下,创业培训在安庆得到更多人的关注,使更多的下岗失业人员从中受益。不仅在市直有大批下岗失业人员通过培训走上创业之路,而且8个县(市)、4个区的创业培训也己开展起来,受到广大下岗失业职工的欢迎。至目前为止,全年SYB创业培训六期54个班次,累计培训学员1350人,培训合格率达到100%,培训后实现成功创539人,创办企业带动就业1478人,实现自谋职业和灵活就业435人,协助办理小额担保贷款350人,真正实现了“培养千人当老板,带动万人再就业”的就业倍增效应。现将一年来的工作汇报如下:主要做法一、加强多种宣传、提高创业培训的知名度,合理有效组织生源
