山东金岭铁山矿的原有提升机电控系统采用绕线式异步电动机转子串电阻调速方式,其启动阶段电能损耗大,尤其是在多水平提升时,就更加不经济,加减速过程平滑性差,不利于安全提升。经分析认为,这是由串电阻调速固有的机械特性决定的,要想克服这些缺点,只能采用更先进的调速方式。变频调速作为一种无级性、平滑而又经济的调速方式,是异步电动机调速的发展方向之一。尤其是对矿井提升机变频,有着低频转矩补偿,能满足斜井或竖井矿石提升的高转矩、低转速的要求。相对于绕线式电机的串电阻启动方式,能实现提升机的低速起钩和低速运行.对安全提升有着非常重要的意义。
