一名好的教师,应当经常在上课之后认真回顾自己的教学过程,找出成功或失败的地方,总结经验教训,以改进教学方法,不断提高教学水平。目前许多学校已配置有摄像机,所以在开展听课、评课这类教研活动时,可以拍摄一些课堂教学录像,用于课后教研组集体观看评析,授课教师自己也可观看,进行自我剖析。对一堂课上得如何的分析评价是多方面的,这里主要就教师通过观看教学录像,如何对自己的教态、语言、板书和提问等方面进行评析及如何拍摄好教学录像,谈点想法和意
