为解决新疆低水头枢纽泥沙问题，设计了一种新型的“倒流式引水枢纽”，它是根据低坝下游壅水倒流入廊道的原理达到引水防沙目的的。针对费尔干式引水枢纽存在的问题，阐述了倒流式引水枢纽系统的布置型式及设计中应注意的问题。
In order to solve the problem of silt in the low water head basin of Xinjiang, a new type of “backflow type water diversion hub” was designed to achieve the purpose of water diversion and sediment control according to the principle that the downstream water of the low dam flows back into the corridor. Aiming at the problems existing in the Feiergan water diversion project, the layout of the backwater diversion system and the problems to be noticed in the design are described.
