为探讨叶面喷施新型酸雨缓解剂APK-9对酸雨胁迫大豆毒害效应的缓解效果,以徐豆18为供试材料,研究了不同生育时期喷施APK-9处理对pH3.5酸雨胁迫下大豆生长的影响。结果表明:pH3.5酸雨自开花期开始显著抑制了大豆植株的生长,进而降低了产量。开花期和结荚期喷施APK-9可明显缓解大豆的酸雨胁迫,氮积累量、磷积累量、叶片色素含量、抗氧化酶活性等显著高于酸雨胁迫的大豆,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于酸雨处理大豆。然而,苗期和鼓粒期喷施APK-9,缓解效应下降,叶绿素含量、生物量、产量等下降,而MDA含量上升。可见在适宜时期喷施APK-9对酸雨胁迫下的大豆植株具有一定的缓解效应,而过早或过晚喷施效果较小,在试验中以开花期喷施的效果最佳。
In order to investigate the alleviation effect of foliar spray-applied acid rain allergen APK-9 on the poisoning effect of acid rain stress on soybean, the effects of spraying APK-9 at different growth stages on the acid rain stress of pH3.5 Effect of soybean growth. The results showed that pH3.5 acid rain significantly inhibited the growth of soybean plants from the beginning of flowering, and then decreased the yield. Spraying APK-9 at flowering and podding stages could significantly alleviate the acid rain stress, nitrogen accumulation, phosphorus accumulation, leaf pigment content and antioxidant enzyme activities of soybean, which were significantly higher than acid rain stress. However, the application of APK-9 at the seedling and drumming stages decreased the mitigation effect, while the chlorophyll content, biomass, yield and the like decreased while the MDA content increased. The results showed that spraying APK-9 in suitable period had certain alleviating effect on soybean plants under acid rain stress. However, the spraying effect was too early or too late, and the spraying effect at the flowering stage was the best.
