两部频率公司(由原微波元件公司和费尔查尔德照像机仪器公司于系统公司合并组成)研制了供电讯用的低噪声直接锁相耿效应振荡器。其结构出两部分组成,上部为X波段,下部为C波段,用来替代标准X和C波段通讯的晶体管倍增器源和发射机功率源。
Two frequency companies (formerly Microwave Components Inc. and Fairchild Camera Instruments, Inc., merged with Systems Incorporated) have developed a low-noise, direct-locked-phase-effect oscillator for telecommunications. The structure consists of two parts, the upper part of the X-band, the lower part of the C-band, used to replace the standard X and C band communication transistor multiplier source and transmitter power source.
