为适应新课改、新思路、新标准、新课标的要求,我作为东港市英语名师工作室的主持人,只有严格要求自己,不断学习新的理念,丰富自己的综合素质,不断提升自己的专业素养,整合教育优质资源,才能在实践中充分发挥名师的示范和辐射作用。我每每用陆游的诗激励自己:“书到用时方恨少,事非经过不知难。”鼓励自己及工作室成员多读书、读好书、好读书。
