近年来,随着信息化进程的加快,企业传统财务管理模式的弊端日益显现,在理论观念、组织结构、运行机制等方面的不适应性体现的尤为明显。因此,国内一些大型集团企业陆续建立了财务共享服务中心,开展了财务管理变革和流程再造,从而统一管理标准和流程、加强管控、精简人员、节约成本。本文对财务共享服务的流程设计进行了探讨,从而介绍集团企业财务共享服务中心的建设思路和实施路线。
In recent years, with the acceleration of informationization process, the shortcomings of the traditional financial management mode of an enterprise have become increasingly apparent, and the incompatibility in the theoretical concepts, organizational structure and operation mechanism is particularly evident. As a result, some large group companies in China successively set up financial shared service centers and carried out financial management reform and process reengineering so as to uniformly manage standards and processes, strengthen management and control, streamline personnel and save costs. This article explores the process design of financial sharing service, and then introduces the construction ideas and implementation routes of the group enterprise financial sharing service center.
