目的研究中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血的临床疗效。方法将62例肿瘤性贫血患者随机分成对照组(n=31,西药治疗)与观察组(n=31,中西医结合治疗),均属于2014年7月至2016年7月期间收治。比较两组的血液相关指标。结果观察组患者治疗后血小板计数(86.25±1.28×10~9/L)、白细胞计数(3.67±1.12×10~9/L)、血清铁蛋白(21.14±3.61μg/d)、血红蛋白(80.32±3.51g/L)均较对照组数据更高(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血的临床疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of aneurysm. Methods Totally 62 patients with anemia of anemia were randomly divided into control group (n = 31, Western medicine treatment group) and observation group (n = 31, Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment). All of them were from July 2014 to July 2016. Blood parameters were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the platelet count (86.25 ± 1.28 × 10 ~ 9 / L), leukocyte count (3.67 ± 1.12 × 10 ~ 9 / L), serum ferritin (21.14 ± 3.61μg / d) and hemoglobin 3.51g / L) were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of neoplastic anemia is remarkable.
