本文回顾分析了一年内对收住 EICU 的38例危重病人发生急性呼吸衰竭,在使用机械通气前后动脉血气分析值的变化,上机时间迟早与疗效的关系比较,对合并肺部感染、酸碱、电解质紊乱等现象的讨论,认为机械通气能迅速纠正酸碱失衡,改善低氧血症及二氧化碳潴留,对抢救危重病人具有十分重要价值。强调机械通气期间要加强呼吸道管理,合理使用呼吸机,介绍及时排除低氧血症的经验,并提出了采用适合危重病人特点的间接撤机方式。
This paper retrospectively analyzed the changes of arterial blood gas analysis value of 38 critically ill patients admitted to EICU within one year before and after the use of mechanical ventilation. The relationship between the time of on- , Electrolyte disorders and other phenomena of the discussion, that mechanical ventilation can quickly correct the acid-base imbalance and improve hypoxemia and carbon dioxide retention, the rescue of critically ill patients is of great value. Emphasizing that during the period of mechanical ventilation, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the respiratory tract, use the ventilator reasonably, introduce the experience of promptly excluding hypoxemia, and put forward the indirect weaning method which is suitable for the characteristics of critically ill patients.
