消费者的电子健康素养将会影响其使用电子健康资源参与自身健康管理的有效性。本文采用量表开发技术,引入增权理论,编制了移动版的电子健康素养量表m-eHEALS。通过m-eHEALS对我国3083例网络消费者进行的电子健康素养测评和分析中发现:他们在利用互联网获得健康资源上有着广泛的心理认同和行为趋向,但互动评判能力较低;电子健康素养与感知易用性、社会影响、感知有用性、感知风险均有正相关关系,并通过它们间接影响消费者对医疗健康类App的使用意愿。本文最后讨论了如何利用电子健康素养的评估结果实现移动医疗用户的使用习惯培养、增权路径选择、风险防范和应用采纳。
Consumers’ eHealth will affect the effectiveness of their use of eHealth in their own health management. In this paper, using scale development technology, the introduction of empowerment theory, the preparation of a mobile version of the electronic health literacy scale m-eHEALS. Through m-eHEALS, we found that they have a wide range of psychological approbation and behavioral trends in the use of the Internet to obtain health resources, but their ability of interactive judgment is low. E-health literacy and e- Perceived ease of use, social impact, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk are all positively correlated with each other, and indirectly affect consumers’ willingness to use the medical and health App through them. Finally, this paper discusses how to make use of the evaluation results of eHealth to achieve the usage habits of mobile medical users, the choice of ways to enhance the power, risk prevention and application adoption.
