目的探讨中的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度变化在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)诊断价值,为临床诊治提供参考。方法随机选择2013年1月-2015年3月妊娠孕妇67名,其中健康妊娠孕妇32名(非GDM组),GDM孕妇35名(GDM组),选取同期健康非妊娠妇女70名作为对照组。检测各组空腹血糖(FBG)、hs-CRP、IL-6、Hcy等指标,并分析GDM患者FBG与hs-CRP、IL-6、Hcy等指标相关性。结果 GDM组FBG、hs-CRP、IL-6、Hcy浓度分别为(4.89±0.71)mmol/L、(121.32±9.91)ng/m L、(6.17±1.14)mg/L、(18.08±2.12)μmol/L,均明显高于非GDM组与对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(F=8.115,P=0.001;F=14.437,P=0.000;F=21.076,P=0.000;F=15.442,P=0.000);经过Pearson相关性分析,FBG与hs-CRP、IL-6、Hcy相关性系数分别为0.651、0.569、0.512,均为正相关(P<0.01)。结论监测hs-CRP、IL-6、Hcy可以预测GDM发生以及病情发展,利于早期诊治。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and hs-CRP homocysteine (Hcy) in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) for reference. Methods A total of 67 pregnant women were selected from January 2013 to March 2015, including 32 healthy pregnant women (non-GDM group) and 35 GDM pregnant women (GDM group). 70 pregnant healthy non-pregnant women were selected as the control group. The fasting blood glucose (FBG), hs-CRP, IL-6 and Hcy in each group were measured and the correlation between FBG and hs-CRP, IL-6 and Hcy in GDM patients was analyzed. Results The levels of FBG, hs-CRP, IL-6 and Hcy in GDM group were (4.89 ± 0.71) mmol / L and (121.32 ± 9.91) ng / μmol / L, both of which were significantly higher than those of non-GDM group and control group. The difference was statistically significant (F = 8.115, P = 0.001; F = 14.437, P = 0.000; F = 21.076, P = = 15.442, P = 0.000). The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficients of FBG and hs-CRP, IL-6 and Hcy were 0.651, 0.569 and 0.512 respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion Monitoring hs-CRP, IL-6, and Hcy can predict the occurrence of GDM and the progression of the disease, which will benefit the early diagnosis and treatment.
