观察多种药物不同组合、剂量、疗程时对幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）的根除作用，发现国产铋剂和替硝唑对促进溃疡愈合有较好的作用，而对ＨＰ的根除率较低，加用抑酸剂雷尼替丁后可明显提高疗效，抗生素中四环素效果优于羟氨苄青霉素。而应用１４Ｃ尿素呼吸试验评价根除效果时结论较单纯尿酶试验客观、准确。
To observe the eradication effect of Helicobacter pylori (HP) in different combinations, doses and courses of multiple drugs.
