为比较Cu_2O纳米粉与Cu_2O超细粉对番茄早疫病菌的抑菌效果,以番茄早疫病菌菌种为试材,用原粉体和配制的粉体悬浮液对番茄早疫病菌进行抑菌试验,采用含药培养基法进行毒力测定。结果表明:Cu_2O纳米粉与Cu_2O超细粉对番茄早疫病菌有非常明显的抑制作用,抑菌效果与含药培养基中粉体的质量浓度呈正相关,Cu_2O纳米粉悬浮液和Cu_2O超细粉悬浮液对番茄早疫病菌的抑菌效果明显优于Cu_2O纳米粉与Cu_2O超细粉;Cu_2O对番茄早疫病菌的抑制作用取决于粉体中微粒的含量以及微粒在介质中的分散稳定性。
In order to compare the antibacterial effect of Cu 2 O and Cu 2 O superfine powder on Alternaria solani to tomato, we used Alternaria solani as test material and used the original powder and the prepared powder suspension to inhibit the growth of Alternaria solani Test, using drug-containing medium method for toxicity determination. The results showed that Cu 2 O and Cu 2 O superfine powder had a significant inhibitory effect on A. solani tomato. The antibacterial effect was positively correlated with the mass concentration of the powder in the drug-containing medium. The Cu 2 O nano-powder and Cu 2 O superfine powder The antibacterial effect of suspension on Alternaria solani was better than that of Cu 2 O and Cu 2 O microparticles. The inhibition of Cu 2 O on Alternaria solani was dependent on the content of microparticles and the dispersion stability of microparticles in the medium.
