本文介绍了用斜角切削和拉屑切削的复合原理加工金属长纤维的方法。着重介绍了加工时在纤维上施加拉力后的作用及对纤维强度的影响。同时介绍了试验装置和推荐了加工工艺参数。
This article describes a method of machining long metal fibers using a combination of bevel cutting and dragging chips. The effect of applying tension on the fiber during processing and the influence on the fiber strength are mainly introduced. At the same time introduced the experimental device and recommended processing parameters.
