我厂使用的离心式Y(G)78-11-14D风机(电机220千瓦),其传动部分轴承箱,原设计为轴承压盖上有密封槽加毛毡垫密封。使用过程中在密封处漏油严重,为了解决漏油我们对轴承密封做了改进,取得了良好的效果(图1)。其方法是将轴承压盖取下加工成如图2 Centrifugal Y (G) 78-11-14D blower (220kW motor) used in our factory, its transmission part of the bearing box, the original design of the bearing gland seal groove plus felt pad seal.
