随着《全民健身计划纲要》的颁布实施、校园里的健身活动越来越活跃,晚间的体育锻炼作为大学生体育锻炼的一种形式,也在逐渐增多。由于缺乏具体的指导,大多数学生的晚间锻炼具有盲目性。笔者认为在进行晚间体育锻炼时应注意以下几点: 1.晚间体育锻炼的时间不易太长 学生经常是在上完晚自习后进行晚间的体育锻炼,因此其时间应控制在15至30分钟之间。目的在于改善、放松学习后的压力、促进身心的全面发展。年时间、大强度的体育锻炼会使心、肺的运动加重,身体
