目的:分析超声弹性成像在甲状腺占位结节临床诊断当中的应用价值,比较其在不同大小占位结节的诊断效能。方法:选取我院2014年2月~2016年5月期间收治的90例甲状腺占位结节患者作为研究对象,经超声弹性成像,并与手术病理检查结果进行对照。结果:在甲状腺不同大小占位结节诊断中,超声弹性成像的敏感性、特异性和准确度分别为95.24%、95.65%以及95.56%,其对于小结节诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确度分别为90.91%、94.74%以及93.88%,略微高于大结节诊断90%、90.32%以及90.24%,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在甲状腺不同大小占位结节诊断中,通过超声弹性成像,能够准确判断病情的严重程度,有助于提高疾病的治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical value of elastography in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodules, and to compare the diagnostic efficacy of different sizes of space-occupying nodules. Methods: Totally 90 patients with thyroid nodules who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients underwent echocardiography and compared with the results of pathological examination. Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of elastography were 95.24%, 95.65% and 95.56% respectively in diagnosis of small nodules of thyroid gland, which was sensitive, specific and accurate for the diagnosis of small nodules Degrees were 90.91%, 94.74% and 93.88% respectively, which were slightly higher than 90%, 90.32% and 90.24% of the diagnosis of large nodules, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: In the diagnosis of thyroid nodules of different sizes, ultrasound elastography can accurately determine the severity of the disease and help to improve the therapeutic effect of the disease.
