维护职工合法权益、倾听职工呼声,首先就要建立形式多样、方便快捷的利益诉求渠道,让职工的意见、建议更快速、更充分的反映出来。在近几年的工作实践中,云南省疾病预防控制中心(下称中心)工会结合单位实际,尝试建立了多种形式、多种途径的职工利益诉求渠道,同时,针对存在的问题,对进一步拓宽渠道有了一些探索、思考。
