用HPLC法测定了8名健康志愿者一次口服400mg甲磺酸培氟沙星后不同时间段尿样中的原型药及其活性代谢物诺氟沙星的浓度和排泄量,发现在0-72h内原型药的排泄量为给药剂量的12.5±1.93%;诺氟沙星的排泄量相当于原型药给药量的17.5±4.79%。在0-48h时间段内培氟沙星、诺氟沙星的浓度都一直高于泌尿道致病菌的MIC90值,极有利于细菌感染的治疗。
HPLC method was used to determine the concentration and excretion of norfloxacin in 8 healthy volunteers after a single oral administration of 400 mg pefloxacin mesylate in urine samples in different time periods and found that in 0-72h The excretion of endogenous drug was 12.5 ± 1.93% of the dose, norfloxacin was 17.5 ± 4.79% of the dose of the prototype drug. Pefloxacin and norfloxacin concentrations were always higher than the MIC90 value of urinary tract pathogens in 0-48h period, which was very beneficial to the treatment of bacterial infection.
