夫西地酸(fusidic acid,FA)及其钠盐(FS)为抗生素,其降解产物为16β-去乙酰衍生物,没有抗葡萄球菌活性.本文推荐用比色法测定制剂中的FA和FS.供试品为stanicid薄膜包衣片(250mg)和stanicid口服悬浮液(50mg·ml~(-1).
