上钢五厂生产的长22米的1Cr18Ni9Ti钢管主要供核电站压水反应堆的蒸发器和化工设备中的热交换器、冷凝器用。为保证设备的安全运行,长钢管的表面等缺陷需进行无损检测。为了适应生产的需要,我厂从1983年开始进行不锈钢长管的自动检测线研制。两年多来,经过反复试验,于1985年10月建成了具有超声波探伤、涡流探伤、异钢种分选,钢管长度测量多功能的不锈钢长管自动检测线。
The 22-meter-long 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel pipe produced by Wuchang Iron and Steel Factory is mainly used for the heat exchanger and condenser in the pressurized water reactor of nuclear power station and the chemical equipment. In order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, the defects such as the surface of the long steel pipe need to be non-destructively tested. In order to meet the needs of production, our factory from 1983 began the development of stainless steel long tube automatic testing line. After more than two years, after repeated tests, in October 1985 built with ultrasonic flaw detection, eddy current testing, different types of steel sorting, steel length measurement of multi-functional stainless steel long tube automatic test line.
