Sarcoidosis is a multi-system granulomatous disease involving the chest, eyes, skin, abdominal viscera, central nervous system and bone. The authors report 4 cases of abdomen sarcoidosis CT manifestations, 3 males and 1 females, aged 53, 32, 53, 30 years old. Three cases were related to pulmonary sarcoidosis, and one case of sarcoidosis in patients with insulin-dependent diabetes was confined to the abdomen. Clinical manifestations fever, discomfort in 2 cases, 1 case of recurrent bronchitis, deep vein thrombosis in 1 case. Physical examination can reach the spleen in 2 cases, elevated alkaline phosphatase in 3 cases, aspartate aminotransferase and elevated glutamyl transpeptidase in 1 case.
