利用农杆菌介导的方法转化烟草外植体,通过抑菌圈实验和试管苗抗菌能力鉴定实验,表明表达采用植物偏爱密码子人工合成的抗菌肽Shva A基因的转基因烟草植株对烟草青枯病的抗病性上升。其中转基因植株Sc-4和Sc-6植株的R1代试管苗与对照植株相比较,它们的病情指数分别下降了42.1%和60.6%。
The tobacco explants were transformed by Agrobacterium tumefaciens, and the bacteriostasis experiment and identification of the antimicrobial capacity of in vitro seedlings were carried out. The results showed that transgenic tobacco plants expressing the antibacterial peptide Shva A gene, The disease resistance increased. The R1 plantlets of transgenic plants Sc-4 and Sc-6 plants showed a 42.1% and 60.6% decline in disease index compared with the control plants respectively.
