随着经济的发展和人们生活水准的提高民用建筑成为了建筑耗电的大户,这就对民用建筑电气的优化设计即对电气节能的设计提出了更高的要求。近几年民用建筑电气节能的重要意义已逐步受到人们的重视。现就电气节能设计应遵循的原则,从供配电系统设计、合理使用电动机、功率因数补偿、照明节能、可再生能源利用、能源管理系统、高效节能光源、灯具的选用等方面,论述了建筑电气节能的合理应用。
