目的采用多元回归方法建立山东地区8~12岁男性儿童个体化头影测量颅颌关系浮动正常值,并探讨其临床应用方法。方法研究山东地区未接受正畸治疗的正常牙合男性儿童81例。选择在判断矢状方向和垂直方向颅颌关系中最常用的5项X线头影测量指标(SNA、SN-PP、NSBa、SN-MP、SNB),找出其中与其余4项存在显著相关性的指标SNB;以SNB为自变量,分别建立与其余4项测量指标的直线回归方程;分别以任意4项测量指标为自变量,剩余的1项测量指标为因变量进行多元回归统计分析,计算得出5项测量指标各自的预计标准误(SE);并对各测量指标进行多元回归统计分析,建立其个体化头影测量颅颌关系浮动正常值。结果计算得出5项测量指标各自的预计标准误(SE),其中SNA为1.97°,SN-PP为3.32°,NSBa为3.75°,SN-MP为4.31°,SNB为2.03°。结论成功建立山东地区8~12岁男性儿童个体化头影测量颅颌关系浮动正常值,为男性儿童的早期正畸-矫形治疗,提供了一套个体化的头影测量诊断方法。
Objective To establish a floating normal value measurement of craniofacial relationship between male and female children aged 8 ~ 12 in Shandong by multivariate regression analysis and to explore its clinical application. Methods 81 cases of normal occlusion male children who did not receive orthodontic treatment in Shandong were studied. The most commonly used 5 items of Cephalometric analysis (SNA, SN-PP, NSBa, SN-MP and SNB) in judging the cranio-mandibular relationship in the sagittal and vertical directions were selected to find out the four significant correlations Of the index SNB; SNB as independent variables, respectively, with the remaining four measurement indicators established linear regression equation; respectively, any four measurement indicators as independent variables, the remaining one measurement variable as dependent variable multiple regression statistical analysis And obtained the expected standard error (SE) of each of the 5 measurement indexes; and conducted multiple regression statistical analysis on each measurement index to establish the individualized cephalometric measurement of the floating normal value of the craniomaxillary relationship. Results The expected standard errors (SE) for each of the five measurements were calculated. The SNA was 1.97 °, SN-PP was 3.32 °, NSBa was 3.75 °, SN-MP was 4.31 ° and SNB was 2.03 °. Conclusion The individual craniofacial shadow of 8-12-year-old male children in shandong area was established to measure the floating normal value of cranio-mandibular relationship, which provided a set of individualized cephalometric diagnosis method for the early orthodontic-orthodontic treatment of male children.
